Influencers that empower women

Hi Fashom world,

I think most of you found the fact that many girls suffer from body issue, and they have a negative attitude towards their bodies. They eat less and become unhappy, and that’s an important reason why the number of an eating disorder is increasing.

When talking about the main reason, the media that often emphasize perfect body image should be blamed. So, in order to encourage those girls, we introduce these popular positive young girls:

Barbie Ferreira

As a 19-year-old girl, Barbie Ferreira has been bravely showing her real picture on social media. Her bravery and courage have encouraged many young girls, “Representation is something so important,” Ferreira told Teen Vogue. “Seeing someone who you can relate to in the media is everything as a child and a lot of people aren’t granted that luxury.”

Alessia Cara

Amandla Stenberg is a real advocator for young women of color. As an actress, she never hides from talking about body image.  “I feel like the only way to fight that is to just be yourself on the most genuine level and to connect with other black girls who are awakening and realizing that they’ve been trying to conform.” She said in an interview with Teen Vogue.

With those people standing behind you, there’s no reason to be afraid.

We are on fashom to encourage body positive.
